Questions about a charge
Charges from WayPoint appear on bank and card statements as WAYPOINT. If you see a charge you don’t recognize, email us before disputing it — we can usually explain or resolve it the same day. General contractors can review every invoice and manage their subscription in the app under Settings → Billing.
